The Bistro needs to be overhauled. slow service and out of everything. it should not even be there.

Very nice rooms but no microwave. Breakfast is very short, and one of the mornings one of the staff members preferred listening to music over helping people.

I had to have surgery at a hospital nearby, and I needed a hotel the night before and after my surgery. We chose this hotel online, because we were looking for hotel nearby. The person who was supposed to check us in was sitting in the lobby on his phone for an uncomfortable amount of time before walking up to the desk to greet us. He advised us the stairs were quicker than the elevator. The entire Hotel property was under construction. There was no trash can in our room and my husband found out the coffee pot was broken the next morning. He bought a cold Starbucks coffee for $6 from the hotel. After my surgery I just needed somewhere to rest and we went back to the same hotel, same room. My husband informed him there was no trash can and could we please have one? He assured one would be provided, but it never was.

不错感觉这个是不错的一次体验，那边的安全原来说挺不好的，去入住体验了还很不错的，而且我们是反复入住了二次
设施比较老旧，虽然翻新过，但看起来还是旧旧的，使用痕迹明显。
房间很干净，周边吃饭交通都很方便。电梯是坏的，三天也没修好
