The shower didn't have good pressure due to the low flow shower head. The shower curtain bar was about to break off. The light fixture in the bathroom was held in place by folded toilet paper. All around worn condition of the room.

My husband and I, along with our dog Oscar (a mini Dachshund), stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Huntsville/Space Center for our one-year wedding anniversary.
Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant atmosphere.
On our first night, we had dinner at the restaurant in the lobby. The food was decent, though the flavors were a bit underwhelming, and the prices were about what you'd expect at a hotel restaurant.
We did enjoy our stay, but there were a couple of disappointments. The pool was not very clean — it was the first weekend of fall, so there were leaves floating in the water, and the bottom of the pool looked dirty even though the water itself was clear.
We booked a Peloton room, but the footbase on the bike was missing, which made it difficult to use properly.
Lastly, there was no Bible in the room. That’s not a major issue for us, as I had my personal one for church on Sunday, but I had thought that was standard in most hotel rooms.
Despite a few small issues, we appreciated the overall cleanliness and comfort of the hotel, and we enjoyed our anniversary weekend.

I am already a fan of Hilton Garden Inns. This trip did not disappoint. When I traveled for my work life, I was a diamond member because it was my "go to" hotel. Now that I am retired and do not travel as much, my husband and I love Hilton Garden Inns. Clean, staff very helpful and friendly. This location in Huntsville AL was perfect for visiting the Space and Rocket Center and plenty of shopping and dining nearby.

办理入住手续时，接待员似乎想去别的地方，而不是在工作。淋浴直到 12 分钟后才变热。淋浴间的肥皂分配器是空的，淋浴/浴缸没有排水。整个淋浴过程中，你都站在脚踝深的水中。我们打电话给前台报告了这个问题，我们很高兴与同一位可爱的员工交谈，她似乎很焦躁，甚至我们打电话了。她建议我们去前台拿些肥皂，仅此而已。不会再住在这里了。
周五和周六晚上住在这里。周五晚上回到房间时收到一张通知，说周六上午 10 点到下午 1 点酒店将停水。周六早上起床后，又找到了另一个住处。
