I have stayed at the renaissance a few times in the past but this time I had a poor experience from beginning to end. The phone operators were rude before I even checked in when I called to ask about a flower delivery. The front desk attempted to put me in a room that I did not reserve (a worse room). I had to call multiple times about my flower delivery and did not receive it until hours after I checked in (they confirmed twice they had the flowers). My room was not cleaned. They denied me late check out even though I am a Marriott bonvoy member. I did bring these issues up to management and they attempted to resolve it and were apologetic, but the entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I was there to honor my sister who recently passed away and the hotel was unnecessarily rude and inhospitable. I find it unlikely that I will stay here in the future, which is a shame because it is a stunning hotel.

Front desk associate was very kind and helpful. Huge, beautiful hotel. Large parking garage adjacent. Very convenient for catching Amtrak.

40th Anniversary
Our stay at the Renaissance was so relaxing, and just what we needed for our 40th anniversary. We love living in Mobile and wanted to celebrate with a quiet stay-cation, the Renaissance was perfect.

Train trip.
Came in on Amtrak train, hotel right across street from train platform. Great place to eat on site. Room had great view of bay. Nice museums to visit. Has pedestrian sky bridge across road for safer way to cross road. Battleship Alabama park nearby not walkable but can Uber it.

不错的酒店，服务速度可以更快一些。
前台接待友好热情，一旦联系上门，就会主动提供帮助。
早餐上菜速度极慢，不适合商务出行。
代客泊车需要时间。
房间干净整洁，但没有什么特别突出的。
健身房标准，但非常干净，维护良好。
酒店破旧不堪，脏乱不堪。首都附近选择不多，不过还是去别的地方吧。五年前还算不错。不知道之后有没有更新。
