The carpet in general are stained and dirty. The staff was very informal. The floors smelled of dirty. Needs to clean carpets.

Staff is always professional and easy to approach. Rooms are always clean and never an issue in finding parking. This particular Holiday Inn has become my go to for all my trips to Mobile. Thank you!

The first room they gave us smelled like mold and mildew so we asked to be moved to a different room. That was the first time that happened at this location still don’t think I’ll stay there again.
这里很方便，也很干净。不过洗衣服务不太行，因为洗衣机能用，但烘干机却坏了。所以我只能去自助洗衣店洗衣服。
房间很脏
我预订了7月4日入住的房间，结果到了之后发现垃圾桶里全是垃圾，脏毛巾到处乱扔，床铺也脏兮兮的，显然是前一位客人留下的。工作人员既没有可以打扫房间的人，也没有其他空房。
房间里弥漫着一股湿地毯的味道。房间虽然装修过，但像开关和插座之类的老旧物件却没有更换。空调离床只有一英尺远，整晚都对着我吹风。
不推荐。走廊有霉味，酒店里有蟑螂，而且很不干净。
酒店一无是处，这是一次糟糕的入住体验。
315房间糟透了。墙壁很脏，需要重新粉刷。浴缸泛黄，像是有污渍。浴室门框也需要更换，感觉像是发霉了。
车子被砸了
车子差点被偷了。住宿体验还不错，员工也很友好……但我现在得处理车窗被砸以及其他各种车辆维修问题。
