The room had a damp smell not pleasant and I paid for king bed and the room received was 2 queen bed wasn’t happy with that. We got there late too tired to go and complain when customers book a certain bed size I feel if that size is not available let the person know before they enter the room.

Housekeeping and Breakfast Buffet Staff were Excellent at their jobs. Front Desk Staff who was there upon checkout on August 24th needs to be replaced. They dont take their job serious. My wife and myself were stuck in the elevator for over 15 minutes on 2nd floor. Two total elevators and one was already out of service. We used the elevator phone to call for help and got the front desk. Their response was "Oh No" and was sending someone to assist. We waited 15min and no one had come to help. Didnt even get a call back or anything to let us know what was happening. I called back on the elevator phone, this time No answer it went straight to voicemail. Then connected us to the local Fire Department who dispatched to assist us. Right before they reached us someone from the hotel staff finally made it to assist and get the elevator doors open. No Staff there was in any hurry to assist us except for the lady who was Head of housekeeping. We had to use the stairs to move our luggage. Lucky it was not a medical emergency. We have been waiting for a response back from this Hotel for over 2 weeks now about this situation. Avoid this Hotel if you Value yours and your family safety. The Front desk staff want be much help to you.

Both elevators should have been working the entire duration of my stay. No accomodations were made for the inconvenience.

Upon arrival and check in one of the elevators was out of order and the one that was working stopped sometime Saturday afternoon. We had to walk to the 3rd floor. Thankfully, Sunday morning, the one elevator that stopped on Saturday was working again on Monday. Both elevator’s should have been in working order.

The staff was very good. Front desk was professional and very helpful. Always had a smile. Same is true with the person running the breakfast. She went out of her way to help everyone in the dinning area! Even the room cleaning people greeted guest with a friendly smile. Great service and facility.
