Lobby and first floor under construction. Wasn’t told. Bed was broken, AC unit wouldn’t stop rattling. Smelled like smoke. Everything is old, old. They are renovating but need to just shut it down. It’s a dump.

Property under construction with no notice. Main entrance closed and floors torn up down hallways to access pool. By far the smallest suite I’ve ever stayed in. Ill never stay at Fairfield again!

First, the information about the hotel renovations should have give to us at the booking not before the check in.
Second, I have to move my car three times before checl in.
Third, the breakfast area was very difficult to find. It was no signs.
My first choice was always the Fairfield Inn, not anymore.
The room was clean but not in a good shape. The shower had not water pressure.

We were not warned or made aware of the massive construction going on at the hotel until we arrived.
浴缸里满是头发和污垢，床底下还有动物粪便。简直恶心到不行，绝对不推荐。
未能满足我将预订重新安排到第二天的基本要求。

房间在我们抵达时还没准备好。没有人告诉我们需要多晚才能入住。我们不得不等了两个小时才入住。前台工作人员拒绝告知我们房间需要多长时间才能准备好。我们打电话时，现场经理不在。房间有明显的损坏，浴缸的侧面也扭曲/破损了。
