The staff were very friendly and the property was clean. The area is convenient to shopping, dining and the interstate but just far enough away.

The rooms and hotel were great, but the bar and grill was closed three of the four times we tried to get something. The signs just said sorry we are closed, even though it was during the open hours.

We loved our stay. The rooms are beautiful n very comfortable. There staff are excellent and very welcoming. We came out to support Boise State Football. Team mom n Auntie. We will stay here again.

The woman who worked in your deli was amazing! Dixie not get her name, but she has twins. Incredibly hard working yet some how found time to engage warmly with guests. Please get her some help! Food and drinks were excellent.

一切都很好，干净、安静等等。然而，退房后我们却发现被收取了75美元的宠物清洁费！！什么鬼？！这笔费用之前从未告知过我们，而且你们的网站上也没有！你们的网站上明明写着欢迎携带宠物，每只宠物每晚收费10美元。在我看来，这简直太狡猾了！！我们以后不会再来了！ ;(
这家酒店在我入住的这四年里每况愈下。首先，停车费每天要7美元，而且停车场还是露天的，没有安全保障（这么贵的钱能得到什么？什么都没有）。然后，他们说客房清洁每两三天才一次，但我们入住期间，还是得打电话给前台才能打扫房间。房间里的咖啡服务——如果这也能算服务的话——两个人根本喝不到，我们几乎是求着才拿到的。房间里的空调噪音一直很大。酒店的餐饮服务——这名字也名不副实，因为食物难吃，而且供应时间有限。我还能说很多，但我还有更重要的事要做。
我被安排到一个房间，天花板里装了个风扇，噪音特别大。我要求换房，前台说已经客满了。她最后答应帮我换，结果给我换的房间马桶还在漏水，我还是睡不着。两个房间的睡眠条件都差得无法接受！
所谓的安静时间一点也不安静……人们一直吵闹到凌晨两点。房间的窗户正对着屋顶。
价格过高，但设施简陋，没什么特别之处。
