The room was average but clean but smelled like dogs.
Shower tub needs anti-skid stick on.
The worst part was having to return home 2 days early because of sickness n finding out with insurance coverage I bought took an act of congress to get reimbursed.
Answer:Always book through the hotel itself.

Yes the staff was great. Patrick the manager was very helpful and accommodating. It was a very pleasant stay. We will stay again if we come back.

Nice room, good location. Beds were comfortable. Staff took care of a couple of issues quickly. Loved the lazy river pool.

There were room at facility had better, closer beach view. Building I was in was further back from beach, but still beachfront. Nice view but those farther back should be listed as that and cheaper than ones closer to beach

Rooms are very nice and clean. Comfortable. Personal was great. Breakfast was delicious. Mr. Patrick ( if I remember the name right, I’m sorry) manager was very helpful, knowledgeable and customer friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you.

very good breakfast,only we dont eat pork wish they have other alternative like turkey/chicken sauges and tofu scramble.clean room and no strong smell.The refrigerator was not properly installed so it shakes and wish it was bigger.
When I ask for extra blanket it took me 2x to ask
and wait for a long time.The boxed toilet tissue was delivered wrong i got mr.clean scrubber instead! very poor room service.Their outside pool said its heated but stil cold.They said they have a spa but its the pool.These are what put them down!!!

Staff was fine. Room not serviced after first night. Exercise room was small, dank, had treadmills which were not easy to program, tv with only 3 channels. Off season, but noce and quiet. Right on beach.

Although this is an older hotel, it was clean. The staff was very accommodating, and the pool bar area was a hit!

阿拉巴马州奥兰治海滩的希尔顿花园酒店真是个好地方！我很喜欢酒店的布局。入住期间，我最喜欢的是在酒店后面美丽的私人海滩上捡贝壳，在酒店后面的“温水河”上悠闲地玩漂流圈，以及享用美味的自助早餐。我们遇到的每一位酒店员工都非常热情友好！我预订了一间可欣赏海岛景色的无障碍客房。入住期间唯一不愉快的事情是无障碍浴室的淋浴间漏水，水流不仅浸湿了浴室地板，还流到了房间入口，甚至连走廊的地毯都被弄湿了。我向前台反映了这个问题，他们感谢我的反馈。他们说是因为这是无障碍客房。我告诉他们，这根本不重要……不管是不是无障碍客房。我告诉他们，既然是为残疾人士准备的，就应该更加注意。万一我摔倒在湿滑的地板上受伤了怎么办？总之，我挺喜欢这家酒店，但在这些问题得到解决、房间本身翻新完毕、问题彻底解决之前，我不建议预订无障碍客房（415号）。谢谢！朗达·蒂佩特
