Avoid this hotel
The room smelled like mildew. When we got in the room, the toilet would squirt out water out of the tank everytime we would flush the toilet. The ONLY reason I booked this hotel was because the pictures showed it had a hot tub. IT DOES NOT. Do NOT stay here!

Everything was nice. My son and I enjoyed the pool. I was impressed with the fitness center as well.

Parking is not very easy i had to use the back door because the lobby fcing Parking is very small. You can not stream any shows on the TV and there is very limited cable.

Great service, terrible hotel
The good: Beds were comfortable, service at the front desk was top-notch, bartender made a great martini.
The bad: Our room was set to heat when we came in and it took 8 hours to get the temperature down from 86 to 75. It was not just our room, it was the entire upper floors. The hallways were sweltering. The pool room was like a sauna. And the spa hot tub area shown in pictures is now removed. There were ants in our room and silverfish in our tub. And our mini fridge did not get cold enough to chill our drinks. Even on the lowest setting. Breakfast was not complimentary, it was $11 per person- even kids.
I come to Oxford twice a year every year to visit my dad. I will not use this hotel again.

Oxford the Great Stay
Great staff. It was like a home away from home. The GM was super awesome. Treated our boys snd parents like family.

Water turned off, uniformed.
The hotel had no water in the morning while I tried taking a shower to get ready for the day. It would have been nice to be notified when checking in that water would be turned off in the morning. Might have rearranged my showering routine or chosen another hotel

The fact i was charged $213 no one could tell me why then was promised it would be refunded but has yet to be done . Ruined the entire stay $213 is alot for no reason
