Front desk staff was great. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked with various items.
A very good Mexican restaurant across the parking lot from the hotel. Would stay here again.

Very disappointed
I payed for a King bed and we got a Queen bed. I asked why did we set a Queen instead of. king the manager told me they over booked. It was our fault for that problem. I told her I payed 2 months in advance. She said it didn’t matter. I felt like if I paid for a king I should’ve gotten a king bed.

First night at the hotel my son found a bedbug on his pillow. They were quick to move us to a different room but we were freaked out the rest of the time we were there. Not that I am after compensation for the trauma and having to move rooms at 1am but it would have been nice if they at least offered SOMETHING…..literally anything would have been nice.

前台非常友好，办事效率也很高。
床很舒服。
房间装饰简陋，地毯和窗帘也不配套。浴室里没有浴巾或手巾。我无法用房间里的座机给前台打电话。我问清洁人员电梯在哪里，但她不懂英语。浴室洗手池下面很脏，墙纸贴得很差。
一场飓风即将来临，这本来是一场旅行的灾难。我们的公寓毫无问题地退款了。费尔菲尔德拒绝退款。我认为在这种情况下他们应该退款。
