The friendly lady at the front desk i think her name is Angie. Anyway she was really nice. The room was really big and comfortable.

Staff was very helpful with suggestions and friendly. Breakfast daily was perfect way to start a day with 7 very indecisive family members.
Close to Columbus,GA and Fort Benning. Right off main road that offered numerous options and only 40 minutes to Auburn, Al.
We will return again in a few months to visit Fort Benning.

Excellent! Great staff, super clean, really comfortable. Guest room was quiet even with activity in the halls. Good shower, comfy beds. Welcoming lobby and spacious breakfast area. Lots of options at breakfast!

真不明白这家酒店为什么评分这么高，也就一般般，床单太脏了，根本睡不着，早该要求换房的。洗澡的时候，肥皂盒下面都脏得能看见。至于我提到的“奇怪的入口”，在“酒店周边环境”那一栏里，进出酒店的路本来就不好走，入口居然在停车场后面，真是莫名其妙。对了，我办理入住的时候看到一个告示，说他们正在接待其他客人，马上就回来，请耐心等待。我没问，但她是不是这家酒店唯一的员工？我在前台等了大概十分钟。她人挺好的，估计就是一个人吧。
首先，他们费了好大劲才给我们配好电子钥匙，因为系统崩溃了。然后，周五早上6点33分，警报声突然响起。之后他们却说没有发生火灾。警报响了将近一个小时！而且只响了四楼！我们住的楼！这次入住体验真是糟糕透了。
我知道这不是酒店的错，但午夜过后，有成年人在走廊里跑来跑去，大声尖叫。他们一直试图打开隔壁房间的门进入我的房间。这吓坏了我的女朋友和女儿。
卫生间的马桶座圈上有尿液，马桶周围也有尿液。而且房间里的有线电视也坏了。:(
