酒店回复: Hello, this is not our typical experience at our property. I have verified with my maintenance team and my front desk team; they did not have a maintenance request during your stay. If you remember who gave you the tape or when you came to front desk for it, I would like to get to the bottom of this issue, that does not sound like our standard practice at all. 酒店回复: Hello Kevin. We appreciate your feedback. We contacted the guests, we did all in our power to keep the quiet hours, quiet as possible. I apologize this was not your experience. We were sold out, therefore had no rooms available to move you to until the next morning. If you are looking for a refund you will need to contact the 3rd party, you booked through. Unfortunately, we cannot change any booking details. I hope your football tournament went well and we see you in the future!
从黄石公园返程住的酒店，房间很大且晚上安静，窗外的风景很好
房间和服务都很好。早餐的地方很小，人又多，所以很拥挤，我们就放弃了。
除了泳池里那些完全不在乎大人想在按摩浴缸里放松，一直朝我泼水（直到泳池关闭前最后一刻还在泼）的孩子们之外，其他一切都很棒。他们允许我延迟退房。早餐也很好！
房间很大很干干净
房间比较宽敞，但配置的用品很精打细算。
房间有味道
服务房间清洁干净，唯一就系冇冲凉冇
房间破烂，床是摇背的。
这地方简直就是个垃圾场。除了大堂，其他都年久失修。房间与描述或照片不符。淋浴间的门关不上。每次我们关门，空调温控器就会掉下来，然后停止运行。他们的解决办法是什么？他们给了我们胶带……胶带！！！！！
我们住在三楼。所以通常我们会要求住在楼上的顶楼。我们来这里是为了踢足球。
但那里也有踢足球和垒球的家庭。大约凌晨1点半，我听到楼上有孩子跑来跑去。我们给前台打了三次电话，叫人过来让他们离开，直到凌晨3点左右。
然后我们要求第二天换房间。但我们决定开车回家，而不是再睡一晚，但还是被收取了第二晚的费用。
这个地方破烂不堪，摇摇欲坠。布局糟糕，设计糟糕，楼内弥漫着一股怪味。一家人住起来感觉不舒服。他们的早餐还行，但绝对算不上最好。如果你需要一间宽敞干净的酒店套房，可以住在隔壁的汉普顿酒店。他们的早餐很棒，菜品丰富。
