Stayed Friday night to Saturday morning. Breakfast ended right at 9. There were several guests trying to get breakfast and they closed the doors. Should be open until 10 on weekends. Should stay open until all are served.
Our hvac unit was under the window and completely standard. I don’t mind that type but ours only had Auto Fan enabled. I like to keep the fan on all night. The sound makes it easier to stay asleep because it’s not cycling on and off every 5 minutes. The fan sound blocks noisy people upstairs, in the hallway, or next door. It can cover outside road noise too. We asked for a fan and were supplied a box fan which was a good substitute. Would be easier if the unit worked properly. Could be that they set all the units to Auto for money savings.
The pillows were utter garbage. They were like a sandbag. Heavy, hot, uncomfortable and zero bounce/support. I didn’t find out till morning that my kids had 1 normal fluffy fiber-filled pillow.
We used the pool and hot tub. Both were great. Shower was nice, bathroom was good although someone took away the tp holder. I could see where it used to be but the tp had to sit on the vanity. Breakfast food was great, just wish we could have enjoyed it for a few more minutes.
Checkout was at 11, should be 12 checkout, especially on a weekend.

Our PTACs are set to “Auto” to help maintain consistent temperature throughout the night and prevent the room from getting too cold, and also to keep guests from having to adjust the unit in the middle of the night. We do understand that some guests prefer continuous fan noise, which is why we keep sleep machines with fan settings beside every bed, and we were happy to provide a box fan for your comfort. Still, your experience is important to us, and we will review your comments with our maintenance team to ensure everything is functioning as it should.Regarding the pillows, I apologize that they were not comfortable for you. We do carry a mix of pillow types in each room, and your note helps us make sure we’re placing a better variety so guests can choose what suits them best.Thank you as well for pointing out the missing toilet paper holder. Our current weekend breakfast hours end at 9:00 AM, but we understand this can feel early for some guests—especially on Saturdays. 感觉小城市的Holiday inn 性价比很高，干净卫生，服务也好，押金退的也快，不像旧金山的HOLIDAY INN，都两周了还没退给我。为啥这个退押金的服务不是标准的？
房间干净整洁。浴缸非常滑，没有配备防滑垫，差点儿摔一跤。
酒店位置不错，旁边就是一个超级大的食品超市，东西超级多又便宜。酒店整体的布置挺典雅的（不同于汽车旅馆其他便捷酒店）。早餐也不错，冷热食品，水果都有。
最令人满意的是，酒店押金就只收一美元！一路走来，这家酒店收的押金最少（其他同品牌酒店一般25-20美元）。
房间和洗衣机都很干净；早餐也很新鲜美味。
工作人员很棒，钥匙和房间还没准备好。
侧门的钥匙坏了。我们到的时候，111房间的门是开着的，关不上。工作人员很棒。他帮我们换了另一个房间。但整个过程花了将近一个小时，而且要来回前台很多次。
热水浴缸喷头需要维修，但无法正常工作。离开时我告诉前台工作人员，遥控器的电池需要更换，马桶冲水时仍然正常。早上的早餐很不错。前台工作人员很友好。只住了一晚。
