Hotel was immaculate.
I only interacted with one employee and his name was Derrick.
What a great employee.
He directed me to a really pleasant place to have an excellent meal and was very attentive and helpful.

Room was clean, staff were helpful, the environment was quiet. Good breakfast also. The hotel is undergoing renovation in the front of the building, so some things are rearranged, but the work did not interfere with my stay at all. I would stay there again.

Hotel is clean, staff is professional, and located near the highway which was a plus for getting traveling around in the suburbs and to the city…..

one of the best hamptons i stayed. probably the facility was renovated recently, room was quite large and spacious and we loved it

我来芝加哥好几次了，每次都住这家酒店。入住手续办得很快，马上就能进房间。床垫软硬适中，睡得很舒服。淋浴水压也没问题。早餐中规中矩。
服务非常好，员工也很友善，乐于助人，非常感谢。肯定会再来的。
好地方，安静，每个人都很友好，唯一的问题是游泳池需要进一步清洁。
