The room was lovely, bed süper comfy, the only problem is how much I could hear the people above me… the ceiling/floors are so thin that I could hear the man above me coughing and stomping around. Since the lobby is under construction they didn’t have any snacks, nor did they have staff to run item requests to the room, which was also disappointing. Overall, an okay stay.

Really nice rooms, lots of outlets, tall ceilings and the shower gets really hot. Staff is nice and attentive even considering the lobby is temporarily in a different location due to construction in the actual lobby. One unique thing about this hotel is that they offer body lotion and hand soap on the wall and it’s the same brand as the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. That may not seem important but it was different. The breakfast was super good. The hotel is a really decent price considering the location. It’s next to a retirement and memory care facility and it’s right next to a few good restaurants. A quick 15 minute drive took me to a nearby train station but you could easily take the bus at the nearby Walmart. All in all- I would stay again and I highly recommend this hotel. As long as you don’t mind the pool being a lil salty, that was really the only downside considering how excited I was for it.

我来芝加哥好几次了，每次都住这家酒店。入住手续办得很快，马上就能进房间。床垫软硬适中，睡得很舒服。淋浴水压也没问题。早餐中规中矩。
服务非常好，员工也很友善，乐于助人，非常感谢。肯定会再来的。
好地方，安静，每个人都很友好，唯一的问题是游泳池需要进一步清洁。
