Most staff seemed nice some seemed unfriendly. It took me a while to get my room. The sprinkles were not on for the kids pool until requested. The weekend breakfast was good but I did not consider it a buffet.. The weekday breakfast had burnt omelettes and sausage. Rooms were clean.

Room was a bit dated and showed wear. But it was clean and comfortable. The pull out bed was not good, but not sure I’ve ever slept on one that was. The pool was decent. The hot tub’s jets weren’t working and the pool is smaller than it looks in the photos. The breakfast area and lobby/dining area is beautiful! Check in and out with the app was absolutely flawless!

The room was clean. I had a king suite and the TV in the "front" room did not allow channels to work. I called the front desk, and the gentleman stated that they were sort on staff, so he offered some ideas to fix the issue. I unplugged it and it came back on correctly.

Stayed 2 nights with 2 kids, didn't feel crowded at all, was nice to have a room with a separate bedroom.They liked the pool and going down to the lobby in the morning to get their own breakfast.

The first room was a little dirty, but staff quickly moved us to a room that had been cleaned. The kids enjoyed the water area and pool. Waffle bar was a big hit with the kids too.
去芝加哥奥特莱斯大约几公里，开车还是很方便的，早餐很好，有肉饼和鸡蛋饼。人不是很多。很安静，房间很大，停车免费；但说实话以后专门开车来芝加哥奥特莱斯就很没必要了，场地很大但很多商家关门了，价格也不比市中心的店便宜，质量很一般都是越南和印尼产的，没意思！

很棒的酒店。入住体验很棒，包含的早餐很棒，房间超级舒适温馨！我们一定会再来的。
