Rooms are completely used up. Carpet looks like waves on the sea with at least four cut and frayed areas and several prominent stains. Wallpaper is peeling in multiple locations. Bedding has 100% not been changed and thermostat is set on 65 but room is hot. Plus lobby smells of sewer. There is no excuse for Marriott to keep there name on this embarrassment.

No house cleaning the entire weekend, asked to get towels and toilet paper more than once and no one came until the morning we left when we called because we needed towels after a shower. No trash was picked up. Felt with how expensive the rooms are we’d have better service. Rude when checking in as well.

Breakfast was overpriced. Carpet in the room was loose and was shifting under our feet Paying for WiFi in a hotel is weird. Paying for public uncovered parking also isn’t a great thing. Zero amenities all expectations to pay a higher price for a room that smelt funky.

Staff was very nice but the room was dirty and old. The pull out couch was so nasty looking. I did not want anyone to sleep in it. I requested new rooms with connecting doors and got them. Hotel looks beautiful from the outside but the inside needs a good renovation.

Didn't really interact with the staff much, I was checked in but no conversation was had, wasn't rude but wasn't friendly either. The room's carpet looked like it was coming up. Bathtub looked stained. We did not use the shower due to how unclean it looked.
