Specifically asked for hotel with pool. Pool was closed. No room cleaning or fresh towels avalable on weekend. Staff just had a too bad for you attitude. Would not stay there again.

We had an early flight the next morning so arrived later in the evening around 9pm so we didnt get a chance to enjoy the pool which looked quite lovely. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were nice as well.

Over all a decent place to stay.
Our stay was fine. Beds were great, kids loved the pool even though it seems on the smaller side and gets crowded easily. The main thing that we were not crazy about was the door did not latch very well or easy. We went somewhere and came back and the door opened from one of my children leaning on the door. The place was clean and stocked nicely. We like the size of room we chose because the kids have room to move around a little. I would definitely rate it better if the door would have latched better. The breakfasts were great and we loved the little omelettes that they had one of the mornings we were there.

They posted charges on my account for five days that weren’t on my room, when I call she saying that normal! However they will refund me at a later time!
Just to be clear my room was 100% paid for when I arrived!

Bad deal
Had been just on a couple of days vacation and was heading back to Oklahoma when we stayed here. It appeared to be a decent hotel. The room was OK, but we had problems with the toilet. It would not run or flush. The gentleman from the front desk came up, thought he had fixed it and after he left water flooded the bathroom floor. It was late and he gave us the option to change to a room. We just told him never mind that we would try to deal with it. The point was the very room that connected had a bathroom with the walk-in shower that I needed as I am handicapped, and it was never offered was very disappointing. The smell was bad and it just didn’t work out too well for us.

The closer we got to this place, the more we weren’t staying. With my background, I’m embarrassed I even booked this. We didn’t even bother to pull in the parking lot. We cut our losses and got out of there. The area is an unsafe.

The lady checking us in was amazing. She took care of all our needs. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property
