Our stay was very enjoyable. Zed was very nice and well dressed the young lady at the counter (she wore glasses) was a very hospitable hostess we talked everyday and I gave her a little musical knowledge. The breakfast was awesome with fresh juices and breakfast foods the areas were very clean and always someone there to help. I am handicapped and there was always someone asking if I needed help with anything. We were in Tulsa for Thanksgiving with my family and we had other family members who stayed at this establishment and they also enjoyed their stay. We were up late each night so we slept in each day and did not require much service but when we asked we got it right away. The clean room, comfortable bed and hospitality are reasons that when we return to Tulsa we will stay nowhere else but the Holiday Inn hotel South Bixby a lovely and truly recommended place. Thanks Zed my wife said she loved your rings, it was the suits and scarf for me.

The breakfast had none pork options for use with allergies but I was disappointed to not have nuts or berries for oatmeal.
Also the out of service coffee dispenser was very much needed.
The room was not very clean.
The hot tub was full of sand and turned off.
The elevator went to every floor, even though that floor was not selected and no one waited to get on. Made it take a very long wait for everyone.
I was giving a lesser room than I booked and was told there was nothing her could do.

Room was clean and quiet. Beds were nice and room was dark at night. Check in was super easy and everyone was kind.

After a long 10 hour car ride, i just wanted to relax. Tue ac woupdnt cool properly and kept making noises all night. The tv also wasnt working. Kinda a bummer since i just wanted to relax with a movoe after a long drive. The ac kept me up till 1 am. The hotel was in a nice location and was clean and fresh.
