Hotel and staff were amazing. Hotel was clean and beautiful, only reason for putting 4 star and not 5 was due to the fire pit outside not functioning which was a bummer but they are working to fix the issue staff stated. If I ever need to stay somewhere within driving distance to Chicago again I would gladly pick this hotel

The staff was very friendly and informative. Very comfortable atmosphere.
The only negative was the shower. Lots of long dark hair and a used bandaid.

Very Disappointing
Room was very small and furniture was placed so that luggage cart couldn’t be brought into room to unload. Carpet by bed was stained and dresser had cigarette burns on the top of it. No microwave in room and no free coffee in lobby. We were awakened around 11pm by a rowdy group of people in the hallway and room next to us who were extremely loud and kept it up till after 2 am. Two large groups were staying there for the weekend so we decided to cut our trip short and go home a day early. Not the experience we expected at a Courtyard by Marriott. Will definitely not be booking at another one.

All staff members were very friendly. Only negatives were no pool and the only place to eat from was Starbucks which was very pricey. Also, no pool.

Bloomingdale stay
Just don’t understand charging to park on site. This is a suburb in an area that has no nightlife. I can understand if it was in Chicago but a suburb? Very old building and old decor.
