My rooms ceiling was falling apart, looks like water damage. Strands of hair all over the place. The closet door was broken and safe was broken too. Could not protect my belongings. The housekeeping staff just enter your room without any warning way before checkout. If check out is at 11 why are you at my door at 7:30?? It’s close to the airport.. that’s it

Electrity For Property Was Out For Several Hours On August 29 With No Response Or Communication From The Hotel Management. I Was Stuck On A High Floor For Hours Without Electricty or Elevation With No Compensation or Explanation For The Situation And Problems At Property. Hotel. Com Was Unable To Contact The Property As Well.

All in… it wasn’t that bad… but it was just me and they catered to me every need and gave me better advice on how to book.
Also in they defense… this hotel has been here long as I can remember… how else would something 42 years ole look.. lol
Read the fine print before you reserve. Especially if don’t have a back up

There were no extra linens for the sofa bed, 3 people were booked for the room and there were only 2 towels. Amenities out in bathroom.

Hotel check was easy, unable to do so through Hilton app, no big deal, staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean but needs updates; dressers were off hinges but still worked; bathroom wasn’t small but it barely fit the toilet, so not great.
I would definitely recommend for proximity to airport, airport shuttle and an enterprise rental next door which will save you the trouble of the god forsaken sh*t show that is getting to the rental car desk at the airport.
The pool was awesome. I sat in the pool and read a book. Super quiet but we were here during the week. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Quick check in and out process. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only stayed one night however the accommodations were perfect.
