No food. No shuttle to port like I was Told. Phone in room didnt work. Workers wouldn’t answer the phone.

It did not offer an airport shuttle and it does not have a restaurant or a bar which were three of the things that made us select this. Hotel is going under renovation so hopefully when that's all complete it will be a better option. Unfortunately it is not walkable to any of the businesses as there are no crosswalks.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the free shuttle would take us to the Amtrak station in the morning. When we came down the following morning, the driver picked us up, and started to take us to the airport. We told him we needed to go to the Amtrak station, and he told us that his manager would have to approve it. After driving back to the hotel, the manager said that she wouldn't approve it and that the clerk the following evening was wrong. We had to order a Lyft, and consequently missed our train, resulting in us taking a Greyhound bus home. The management at this facility doesn't care about the customer, quite obviously. Also, the north tower elevator is a death trap.

唯一一点,之前在携程上订是皇冠酒店,但临出发前被告知名字改了,根本不是皇冠。携程的这个操作确实有点不可接受,属于虚假宣传…
员工很有礼貌,酒店位置离机场很近,很方便。但卫生状况太糟糕了。走在去房间的走廊上,就感觉到一股扑面而来的潮湿,甚至我房间的门外都是湿的。打开房门,房间里也弥漫着湿气。一面墙甚至湿得往下滴水。墙壁都是潮湿的,所有贴在墙上的踢脚线都翘起来了。窗帘上发霉了,地毯上全是污渍,天花板上有一条裂缝在掉漆,所有“木质”家具(梳妆台、浴室柜等)都有水渍,看起来非常恶心。
因为第二天一早要赶飞机,所以在这里订了一晚住宿。房间很大,符合美国酒店的特点,这点很满意。有免费的机场接送服务,非常方便。我本来不知道有接机服务,所以打了个优步(Uber)到酒店,但在办理入住时,工作人员主动问我是否要去机场,航班是几点的,然后非常友好地帮我预订了送机服务。多亏了他们,第二天早上五点我很顺利地抵达了机场。
不错,设备稍一般,但在南方大城市性价比还是不错。
这家酒店看起来挺干净的,离机场很近,而且提供免费机场班车。酒店附近100英尺就有一家餐厅,很不错。我从市中心坐202路公交车过去,每人1.25美元。酒店员工很友善,环境也不错,但是他们似乎开始疏于维护,瓷砖出现了裂缝,木头也刮花了等等。虽然这不会影响我再次入住,但他们应该好好维护,这样才能继续保持酒店的干净整洁。
