Staff was courteous, room was very clean, bed was comfortable, however the room had no heat, lights that didn't work and the toilet paper roll holder kept falling off.

The staff was amazing! I was in town visiting my mom at the hospital and had to keep extending my stay and the staff was so accommodating and let me keep my original room. The lobby bar was a great spot to stop in after a long day at the hospital. Great and friendly bartenders as well. My room was very clean and comfy as well. I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Doubletree Bloomington. The room was well appointed, clean. The grounds are the hotel were clean and looked in great shape. Our room was comfortable.

The room was very comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Was disappointed you changed the cookies. Bring back the chocolate chip! Everything else was wonderful!!

Pretty good with some minor improvements
An excellent option for visiting the Bloomington-Normal area. The lobby is updated and very clean. I was impressed with how quiet and spacious the rooms were.
However there a couple things that could be improved:
-When I checked in I was not told what time check out was, about the pool hours, WiFi etc. The two women at the front desk were more interested in finishing their side conversations.
-One of the elevators is flat out un-safe. It creaks and squeaks and one of the buttons to take you back to the lobby area does not light up/it will not take you back to the lobby.
I would stay here again as long as the elevator was fixed.
