酒店回复: Thank you for the kind remarks. Our coffee machine was, in fact completely down, spraying water all over the kitchen when we tried to use it. Luckily, the coffee company owns and repairs it and were there by 11 to fix it! In the 7 years I have been GM this has never happened before, but things do happen. My desk agent thought of putting out the individual maker so we had something to offer, and I thought it was a creative solution. We are sorry for the inconvenience and do hope you choose us if you return to the area.

Suite was cozy and enjoyed the breakfast. Friendly staff in the am helping kids make their waffles.

Convenient location, clean room.. hotel was fully booked at the college had parents weekend. Foyer was spacious for guests, breakfast included. Will stay again!

Nice clean hotel as expect from Hampton Inn, had a room with microwave sink n fridge as chosen however the room located at end of the hotel right next to busy road..noise was so bad hardly got any sleep . The road noise was a if the window was wide open which obviously it wasn't as there was no possible way to open the window.
Fortunately only there for one night...breakfast was v good options tho i only had cereal n toast but hot options were available.
Shame the location of my room n noise let this place down.

总体看着挺干净，工作人员也很友好热心。用的是老式空调。洗澡水压有点小。早餐不好吃👎。有泳池和健身房。离主要商业逛街地方5分钟车程
位置比较村，但是其他都好！
还可以吧，国内三星吧不能要求太高。
酒店交通便利，干净安全。工作人员友好热情。唯一的问题是我们最后一天的上午。我们平时喝的咖啡没有了。他们说咖啡机坏了，但这似乎难以置信。他们提供的是用房间里那些小机器冲泡的单杯咖啡。我觉得他们应该更有创意一点，从其他地方买咖啡。
这是迄今为止最棒的住宿体验，酒店一尘不染，泳池和热水浴缸干净清澈，还有美味的免费早餐。工作人员友好且乐于助人
