The night staff was very rude and not very friendly. We stayed there because it was next to the hospital and my wife was having an operation the next morning and was very sick and that's not what we need.

I’d like to go back to the days where the room is cleaned every single day. What I did like was at least somebody came to the room and made my bed, but I didn’t get clean towels, toilet paper, etc. checked every day and I was there for five days. But I will say I didn’t ask either. I guess I was just expecting it!

This Hampton inn could definitely use some updates. The room was a little dirty in the corners, furniture and drapes. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The thermostat in our room never dropped below 73, despite being set on 69. The day we left, it was 76 in our room!
The mini fridge leaked.
The toilet required two flushes to empty.
There were two stray hairs in the shower.
The staff was super nice and friendly!

I was close to the airport which was great. Also the staff was amazing. One nice woman helped me find a safe place to run in the mornong.the mings.

电脑系统长时间故障导致入住办理出现问题。工作人员态度很好，但无能为力。航班延误导致我无法取消两晚住宿中的一晚，对此我很不满意。这或许是个小问题，但确实不妥。
