My room was spotless, everything I needed worked just fine. It was quiet and I felt safe during my stay.
MS Kathesha was very helpful when I was having issues with the electronic reservation program. She was even thoughtful enough to follow up with a curtesy call to ensure that my reservation form was complete and I had a room.
MS Kathesha, went above and beyond to reduce my frustration with the reservation challenges. I'm 78 and electronic stuff is not easy for me.
