Staff kind enough~was a little disappointed that the the hot tub didn't work.
We got a suite - which was not what I booked - but
Once I saw that I could have my own bathroom and my husband and 2 full grown sons could have their own as well...I decided rhebmupgradem was worth it!!!

The hotel and room were very clean; however we were not happy about the “rooms cleaned only every other day” policy. Apparently they forgot to tell us about the new policy and we were surprised to find our bed unmade and dirty towels still in the bathroom the next morning.

We booked a room for disability. It presented nicely, but the problem was in the details. For example, lots of lamps, but the lighting was very weak, and if you have older eyes, it made it very difficult to read. The bathroom towels were high up, and very difficult to reach for someone in a wheelchair. In addition, the handle on the toilet had to be jiggled in order to ensure it would flush properly.

Check in was not good. We were never told where are the elevators and what time is breakfast. The room was clean.

Everything about our stay was excellent. I will not hesitate to stay here again even as just a little getaway with the kids!!! Shout out to the young man who helped us out twice. When we first got there and he went to find the front desk clerk for us and when we got locked out of our room. He was amazing! I'm just sorry I cannot remember his name.

First Hampton Inn we've ever stayed in where our room didn't have a fridge. Made this problematic to store medications. Good thing it was cold outside. We stored items in our vehicle.
The curtains in our room did not fit the dimensions of the window. A few cracks of sun to wake us up. At least it was sunny. :)
Room was spacious. Clean. Just needed a fridge and mic.
Overall, great staff. Welcoming. We planned for a short stay. It was very pleasant.

不要选择希尔顿欢朋系列酒店（Hamton Inn）！尤其是中国人！这次入住又被前台精准分配到窗外正对空调室外机等设备的房间！和前几天在华盛顿欢朋的待遇一摸一样！虽然我在预定时以及Check in时都表示要安静房间，而且入住很早，但前台表示已经没有其他房间了！说辞都跟华盛顿欢朋一摸一样！这次遭遇使我确信，不是某个员工，而是希尔顿，至少欢朋系列，对中国人存在种族歧视！！
酒店看起来很新，但其实不是。床很软，但床架吱吱作响，像是用了很久了。
房间光线昏暗，地毯也不太干净。早餐非常简单。远达不到满分。
