As you noticed, the carpet on the first floor was wet, but you probably also noticed, it was temporary and that those are rooms that are currently being renovated. Rooms are being taken down to cinder blocks and studs, then completely put back together new.Our saloon is always a great time, I'm glad you noticed!I hope you visit us after the renovation is complete this summer. My stay at the Holiday Inn was disappointing overall. The only positive was that it was a convenient distance from my destination. Unfortunately, several issues made the experience less than satisfactory. The outlets in the room were very loose, making them difficult to use consistently. The hot tub was out of order with no signage or prior notice to guests, which was frustrating. Additionally, breakfast was very underwhelming. We were charged $15 per person for the same basic items that are typically included in a free continental buffet, and the food quality was not great.
For the price, I expected better upkeep, clearer communication, and more value for the amenities advertised.

It was okay
It was nice, but the breakfast was free and it was that good either and I found a stink bug in my room. Also I was really looking forward to the hot tub and it was broken, the whole time I was there.

Amazing staff!
We knew the hotel was under construction before we arrived and honestly, it wasn’t too bad. Our room was really clean and comfortable, the staff was amazing and it was conveniently located to Hershey Park. All in all, a great experience and would definitely stay here again

我该从哪儿说起呢……首先，我选择这家酒店是因为几年前住过，非常喜欢。按摩浴缸和泳池是我这次旅行唯一期待的。然而，按摩浴缸坏了，泳池的颜色更像是黄绿色，很脏。我没进去。家人会进去又出来。毛巾简直像砂纸一样，擦干我的头发时，毛巾都扯断了。服务员来收脏毛巾时，没有换新的，我们回来时，卫生纸也没有。我们不得不亲自去前台要。我还去前台投诉了按摩浴缸和泳池的状况，说它们坏了。经理说，网站上说他们正在维修，按摩浴缸和泳池都不能用，我错了。他们的网站上根本没有任何说明。房间的侧楼也弥漫着难闻的污水味，大部分都在一楼。我再也不会去这家酒店了。如果我知道这家酒店会这样，我肯定会选择一家更便宜的酒店，而且那里有能用的游泳池。我连续住了三个晚上，每晚都花了将近200美元，本来可以去其他更好的酒店。哦，还有糟糕的网络。除非他们能改进一下，否则我不会推荐这家酒店。

我最喜欢的是它允许携带宠物！这家酒店真的很棒，而且有很多活动可以参加。我唯一不满意的是空调会时断时续地开着、关着、再开着、再关着。天气很热，我醒来后空调又会打开，然后又变凉。我几乎没怎么睡觉。
这家酒店简直就是一场噩梦。浴室里到处都是霉菌。地毯看起来好像从来没清洗过。窗帘上沾满了血迹。床很不舒服。冰箱里有异味。我们房间门上也有霉菌，看起来像是有人试图从里面钻进来的。
大楼正在装修，缺少指示牌，无法引导您在楼内行走。一楼走廊潮湿。台球室很冷，热水顶用胶带封住了。酒吧是亮点。工作人员很友好，餐食一般，看排队舞很有趣。在装修完成之前，我不会再住这里了。
