总的来说，我在酒店住得很愉快，但对泳池的情况感到失望。泳池一直人满为患，大型运动队占据了整个区域，其他客人根本没有游泳或休息的空间。我感觉自己没能像预期的那样享受到这项便利设施。我联系了前台表达了我的担忧，但他们告诉我现在是旺季，对由此造成的不便深表歉意。我们选择这家酒店是想享受一下室外泳池，但它太小，而且人满为患。如果您很重视使用泳池，我不建议您预订这里。应该更好地监控使用泳池的客人人数。

套房的布局看起来很尴尬，浴室的门也没有锁。

Front desk staff appears to enjoy their job and it helps with the strong customer engagement. Cleanliness in the room and bathroom I stayed at was top notch, this was probably the cleanest even though not the newest of about 10 highly rated properties I stayed at in Harrisburg area in past 2 years. I don't know if this is Hilton keeping up high standards for their location or just this local team exceeding Hilton standards.

The staff was very kind & helpful, both in the evening when we checked in and in the morning when we checked out. The entire property was maintained beautifully and was very welcoming. The workout room had good equipment that was in good repair and clean. Our room and bathroom were well appointed and immaculately clean. It has clean & comfortable carpet in the living area, which is hard to find these days. The breakfast had healthy options and was yummy, and the area was kept very clean. We have stayed in many hotels on our road trips and this is the cleanest and most comfortable place we have stayed. We would highly recommend!!!!!

We had a very pleasant overnight stay. We were greeted with a couple bottles of water for being Hilton members and there was coffee and or tea across from the front desk. The room was clean and had convenient lighting and a lot of places to charge devices . The breakfast was hot and tasty.

Been to a few Hamptons lately that were outdated. This one is not. Nice room, loved the fire pit patio on the side. Room was modernly decored… I hope they make all Hamptons similar

Clean rooms, staff was friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay there again, about a 20 minute drive to Hershey Park if you can’t find accommodations at the park.
