Not sure where these 5 star ratings are coming from. This place is a dump. Bare minimum cleaning done in the room. Walls caked in smears. Vinyl box spring covers covered in filth. No pillow covers inside the cases. Miniature bathrooms -- can't get in the door because the door meets the toilet. Run down. Slovenly front desk staff including the visibly unwashed man wearing an oily Ford Bronco sweatshirt who neither greeted me nor thanked me for my business when I checked out. And then they have the audacity to charge you for the same reconstituted eggs that are free everywhere else. Stay somewhere else. Two stars because we were not robbed and we didn't get bed bugs.

The room was fine, and the staff were great, but they had a party with thundering music until very late. It was reverberating up the walls in our room. I called the front desk and was told that it would be over at 11PM, but it was still raging at 11:30PM.

The front desk wasn’t really staffed. The shower creaked like it was going to fall through the floor. I asked for a late checkout and still had cleaning come to my door. Not worth $200+ a night.

The wheelchair accessible room was great with plenty of room to maneuver the wheelchair and for the bathroom sink access and roll in shower.

The property was decent, staff were friendly but for the price, no breakfast was included but could be purchased for $15.99, outrageous for what was offered and the worst of all the bed was terribly uncomfortable. Bloomington IL isn’t a vacation hot spot so the prices just seemed a bit out of place.

We liked the location for future airport Usage convenient attachment to a very nice restaurant. Location of our room was great not a lot of noise, except the people upstairs walking around in the middle of the night like elephants.
