Rooms were clean, easy check in but when we checked out the person working said they needed my credit card because the room had not been paid!! And it was billed on my credit card statement already Then they couldn’t give me another receipt for this payment So now I will have to dispute it on my credit card if it gets billed again. I had to take a screen shot with my phone showing the second payment. Bad bad business if you ask me

Room wasnt ready when we checked in but the afternoon manager worked diligently to accommodate us and apologized for the delay. Entire staff from management to housekeeping and the lady running breakfast were polite and kind

Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms and hotel was cleaned. Breakfast had many options. Would definitely go back whenever we’re in town. Also this hotel is located by several food places.

Family vacation
The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the hotel had maid service everyday. My family really loved the hot breakfast. The indoor pool is wonderful we could swim and not get sun burned. The hotel was quiet and I could not of asked for a better stay.

This property was in a great location easy access to I-10 and Tanger Outlet. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

电梯和房间里都有蟑螂。电梯的某一层地板上有溢出物，整晚都是这样，所以夜班没有尽到责任，可能会有人滑倒！地毯上全是污渍。厕所和淋浴间不干净！！！！因为电梯里蟑螂太多，我甚至不敢在那里吃早餐，无法想象厨房会是什么样子！！！她告诉别人她似乎不在乎，然后在外面抽完了烟。
