It was a filthy room!! Trash left on the floor, dirty rag under the bed, sharp object like a screw on the floor, all the sheets and pillow cases were inside out. The room smelled bad, the ice bucket was dirty and did have a plastic liner to go in it. Had to get a new room. The front desk person didnt seem to care, or even care we were there. During check out time next day a worker was mopping the very busy lobby area and front entrance doors, but only pushing dirt and rocks with the mop around the floor, it was slippery!! The hallways carpet look very dirty and definitely need a shampoo. The reason we never ate the breakfast we were scared it wasn't prepared sanitary, worried it was like the how the hotel is like. The granddaughters were going to use the pool but thought it best to stay away from it, it too was probably filthy, but didn't check. Will never ever stay there again!!

Maintenance had to come to our room twice because the shower and microwave were broken. No hot water on the first day. Scheduled housekeeping services and they skipped us two days in a row. They were completely out of towels, so we had to take turns showering. Pool was frigid and could not be used. Asked for a partial refund through ******* and they said no.

位置离机场也近。有免费的机场接送，需要自己电话酒店。早餐比较简单,美式早餐，鸡蛋、燕麦、松饼、牛奶、果汁和酸奶。设施比较旧，但还算干净，房间大，床大，适合多人家庭，附近有温蒂汉堡、麦当劳。门口有65路公交车，可以去市中心，大约15分钟车程，车费2刀，打车去的话，要18刀。
酒店地理位置优越，靠近机场，提供机场班车服务，价格实惠。
附近有几家餐厅。
员工热情友好，早餐免费。
房间宽敞、干净、舒适。
房间太黑暗，设施比较旧，卫生很差，属于平价旅馆质素
工作人员非常友好，只是酒店被用作疏散人员住所，他们实在忙不过来。毛巾不够，只有一个吸尘器，连续两天要求打扫房间都没人来。所谓的无障碍客房根本不方便。浴室空间虽然宽敞，但通往浴室的走廊和普通房间一样大，轮椅很难进出。而且浴室门外还装了一面镜子。残疾人根本够不到任何肥皂和洗发水，它们的高度不符合无障碍标准。淋浴喷头的高度也够不着，而且马桶座圈靠后，水也够不着。
房间显然没有打扫干净。地板上到处都是脚趾甲和其他杂物。床单上还有鼻屎。我们要求换到干净的房间。第二个房间地板上有用过的保龄球瓶，床上到处都是黑头发。显然，房间还是没打扫干净。我们决定换一家酒店。明天会申请退款，因为前台说她不能取消预订或退款。
未使用机场班车。
前台工作人员非常友善。
今晚使用了洗衣房。
房间需要翻新一下，也需要更干净一些。浴室的窗帘上有血迹，我的床单上也有污渍。房间总体来说还算舒适。
