Our room was broken into while we were at dinner. I had two rooms. My sister in laws room flooded when she took a shower and caused her to slip. She was able to catch herself before she fell. A live large bug was sitting on my curtain above my suitcase on a shelf they provide. I was very cautious when I got home unpacking my suitcase because I did not want to bring anything home with me.

I can assure you no one broke into your room while staying with us. We are able to audit the locks and they automatically deadbolt when the doors are closed so there would have been no way for someone to enter without us knowing. We will have our pest control company come look at the rooms you had to make sure they do not need treated. Thank you for bringing these items to our attention and safe travels.

Easy check in. Room was comfortable and spacious but the wall in the bathroom had something gross on it. Looked like blood? Anyway, overall good stay and good price. Breakfast was great too.

Staff and breakfast great. Beds comfortable. Bathroom door off track, very liud and difficult to close. Shower drain didnt stay in place, one hair on shower wall. Has potential but needs renovation

We were testing the sprinklers which caused some minerals to stir up in the water line which we were trying to flush as fast as possible to not impact our guest. Comfy beds, cold AC, great breakfast. Pool was in the small size. Sunday night we had issues with noisy hallway, we called down to the desk to complain about the noise and was told it’s a late bar night and there’s no curfew. We planned on doing another stay in June for a convention near by but would not stay there due to that Sunday night incident. It was after 11pm, we had small children in our rooms and found it truly inconsiderate and ridiculous that grown adults were allowed to behave like that while people are trying to sleep. I hope your company re evaluate that late bar night/no curfew rule for the sake of other customers who aren’t inconsiderate of those trying to sleep!!!

It is ashamed we had to pay for parking. The Hotel Took $6.00 out of my credit card for 2 days parking. I have never stayed at a Hotel who charged me for parking after paying for rooms.Plus the extra blankets and sheets for the sofa bed was dirty. I had to request clean sheets and blankets.

酒店位置好，就在高速公路出口附近， 就是有点旧， 和前几天住的同样SPRINGHILL 比，相差很多，早餐还是一样的好。SPRINGHILL 最大的特色是他的拖床也很大 ，睡2个成人都没有问题。我们在DOWNTOWN的越南面馆吃了美味的河粉.
