Not as clean as it usually is when i stay here. Kinda had a moldy smell in the room and found a dip can under the bed. But not horrible always a good stay here.

The housekeeping staff knocked on the door at 9:00 am. Checkout was at noon. They were checking to see which rooms were empty. Very unprofessional. I did tell the front desk. Pretty sure that it fell on deaf ears.

The room was fine. Could use a paint job. Pillows are terrible and flat. I paid for breakfast ahead of time which should have been a red flag. Got to breakfast. 1 cook and 1 person taking orders. Crowded and people waiting 30+ minutes. Had to check out and leave before food came. No refund because no manager was on duty. Go somewhere else that appreciates the business.

Rm. 310- Both of the outlets in the bathroom did not work. I had to use the outlet by the bed for the blow dryer & hair straightener.
It would be better if there were more parking space that wasn’t so far in the back, especially when you are coming back to the hotel alone, after dark.
Other than these 2 issues, this hotel was a great choice with a great rate. It was very clean & very friendly staff at the front desk. The check-in & check-out process was very quick & easy.

The room was clean. The entrance was welcoming. There wasn’t much room to take a dog out to go potty in that area wasn’t clean very well. We selected this hotel because of the Pet policy. However, the worst part about the stay was the bed. It was not good. The mattress was old and lumpy.

Parking was a bit tight, but good. Love setting & trees yet very close to amenities and highway entrance & exits.

Booked room through *******. When we arrived at 11:30 pm due to heavy traffic, we were told they were overbooked. Did not have our room available. After a few minutes, i questioned the parking in what appears to be a fire lane. We then was assigned a king bed room. Upon leaving the next morning, the side doors did not open. I was told they were having issues with the doors. Will not stay there again. Room was uncomfortable in temperature. Bed needs replacing.
