The most comfortable, clean, and quiet hotel we have stayed at in a long while. In walking distance to family dining and a movie theatre. We will definitely stay here again.

After a very long trip we walked the half mile to the room which was occupied by maintenance. Management has big issues when departments don’t communicate with each other. On surface, it looked nice. Where can I post the pics of torn wallpaper, shoddy bed making, broken lampshades or the pile of debris and something gross on the base of floor lamp. Hardly worth $140. Wont do again.

Took a while for anyone to come to front counter to check us in. Got to our room and there was no bedding for the sleeper sofa in the room. Tried to call the front desk but the phone in the room didn’t work. WiFi was going in and out continuously.

Did not offer breakfast complimentary breakfast, Had to leave facility for breakfast. You could purchase breakfast but too expensive for food and environment. One person served as host, cook and server!

Cool but Uncomfortable
The food options sound great but we didn’t eat at the hotel. The bed was more firm than my liking. The pool was freezing but it wasn’t cold when we came in May.

这对我来说是一次可怕的经历，不仅对我，对我妻子也是如此。我们去参加我妈妈的火山灰清理活动，回来晚了，结果只能睡在沙发上！我们像往常一样检查床单，发现床单上有污渍，显然是异常活动留下的，而且同一区域附近还有一处血迹！我们在电视机旁看到一处血迹，看起来像是有人试图清理，但没有成功！我们不得不睡在沙发上，空调坏了，整晚都开着68度！你们必须做得更好！
这家酒店收了我一周的住宿费，然后把我赶了出去，不要上当，去别的地方住吧
