Writing this while I am here. We were greeted by a roach in the bathroom as soon as we walked in. This places needs some serious updating as we paid over $200 a night to stay here! Not so clean and it looks like the linen hasn’t been changed or washed. The building smells moldy. The problem is we checked in at night and we were exhausted, otherwise I would have not stayed here. Very disappointing.

Disappointing stay. Have been choosing to stay at other properties instead of Mariotts and decided to give this place a try. No housekeeping . Needed towels and had difficult respose to that request. Dining area is busy and not cleaned between patrons using the tables . Seemed understaff especially front desk. Will be staying elsewhere when we come back in a few weeks .

I liked the large rooms and comfortable bed and nice location. I disliked the mold in the bathroom toilet and shower room ceiling and walls. The ceiling vent/fan in the bathroom did not work which probably resulted in the mold.

房间干净整洁,员工热情周到,房间大小适中,配备传统衣架,迷你冰箱里没有出售的商品,还配备了咖啡机和微波炉。
对我们来说,酒店房间最重要的就是睡眠质量,所以我绝不会再预订Springhill酒店。由于床垫太软,空调噪音又很大,我们几乎都没睡好,而且提出要求后也无人回应。这对于一个繁忙的婚礼周末来说无疑是雪上加霜。房间里没有保险箱可以存放贵重物品。而且,打开电视时,万豪的广告会不断出现,推销他们的Wi-Fi。最好的营销方式就是提供优质的住宿,而这家酒店显然不是。

酒店很棒,早餐也很棒,所有员工都很棒。我离开时唯一的建议是买一块橡胶垫放在浴缸里,因为我儿子在浴缸里滑倒了,受了点伤。我提出要浴室地垫时,他们立即就给了我。我把地垫铺在浴缸地板上,问题就解决了。但我觉得这笔投资并不划算,可以避免以后的麻烦,因为老人滑倒可能会摔断胳膊或腿。
