I booked a king accessible room with a roll-in shower. When I arrived I was told there were no rooms with roll-in showers available. Because I booked through a 3rd party, my room type was not guaranteed. However, the manager was able to get me into an accessible king suite with a tub. It wasn’t the room I requested but I appreciated the staff trying to make it right. I would stay there again because of the staff. However, next time I will book directly through Marriott.
