房间和照片差别很大。付了钱住套房，但实际入住的庭院套房与我预期的完全不一样。而且父母生病了，需要提前离开。管理层对客户服务的重视程度不够，没能通过提供便利来留住顾客。出于种种原因，我再也不会入住了。
我们住过其他万豪酒店，对这家酒店也抱有同样的期待。结果却不是这样。床垫太糟糕了。睡在地板上会更好。没有吹风机，没有瓶装水，电视设置也很奇怪。淋浴也漏水。考虑到我们花的钱，我本来期望会更好。
酒店体验
他们给我们安排的第一个房间，浴室里有值班毛巾，第二个房间的视野不太好。火警警报在晚上12点响起。我去了前台确认一切正常。
酒店旁边有一条铁轨，货运列车从晚上 7 点左右开始整晚运行。有时你甚至能感觉到房间里的振动。因此不建议睡眠浅的人使用。除此之外，位于河边、靠近奥特莱斯购物中心的位置，虽然没有那么多东西，但还是相当不错的。
房间只能住一晚，还行！浴室地板不干净，淋浴间的墙面有裂缝。恒温器好像修过，忘了装回去，还能看到整体。床虽然很舒服，但我绝对不会再住这里了。

灯光和装饰都积满灰尘。家具看起来好像从来没擦过。泳池区没有足够的躺椅，泳池周围也很脏。热水浴缸坏了，底部有绿色的脏水。这是我第一次在万豪酒店感到失望。
令人失望
超级失望，万豪酒店的水准下降，海滨步道也一样。选择这家酒店是因为地理位置优越，所以可以方便地前往海滨步道，但现在这里已经变成了一座鬼城，感觉很不安全。大多数地方都关门了，或者用木板封了起来。酒店感觉很脏，房间需要深度清洁，一些基本设施也需要维修，甚至家具上都有污渍等等，浴室也很糟糕。我以后不会再来了，而且取消了第二晚的预订。
