This was a very clean hotel. Every staff person we encountered was very, very friendly. It was an easy off and on the highway and was surrounded by great places to eat. We will definitely stay here again as we have friends in the area.

When I first arrive, it was a young man that checked me in. I did not get his name, but he was very professional.
The next morning, when I went down to breakfast, it was a young lady. (I know she work on Tuesday and was off on Wednesday). I called her to breakfast lady) I did not get her name, but she was very friendly and made me feel so welcome. Yes, just because of these two staff members, I will return in the future.
Only one issue the shower control did not work properly.

My A/C in my room did not work at all. It was so hot in my room I had to open the window. My shower curtain had mildew on it. The first time I opened the closet door the handle came off and i wasn’t being rough with the door knob. I’m also very certain that they gave me the wrong room.

The towels were not clean in the bathroom... once we saw this we spent little time in the room. Couch was not a pullout... However the stafd was Top Teir.

The room smelled and it was stuffy. The a/c wasn’t getting cool like it should and the water pressure wasn’t that good.

The air conditioning only cooled the room to 78°. There were tiny ant like bugs in the room. No ice machines available because they were all broken. The staff was very nice.

我去办理入住时，因为前台经理不在，维修工把钥匙递给了我。他告诉我他只是负责发放钥匙。我什么都没签，前台经理终于来了之后，我申请取消了。酒店和网上图片不符。看起来就像变成了一家长租汽车旅馆。我没有入住，并要求退款，当我告诉经理我感到不安全时，她对我很粗鲁。
