We do have a different variety of foods daily during our breakfast hours and potato is not served everyday. 很多东西都坏了,连浴室里的按压式肥皂都坏了。我都怀疑这家酒店是假日酒店多久了,因为这不是我习惯的标准。更糟糕的是,我订的是无障碍客房,房间里的马桶却非常矮。泳池区的马桶更高,但没有门把手可以关门。哦,我还在等着吃在其他假日酒店都吃过的炸土豆呢。我其实已经放弃尝试改正了。下次再选择假日酒店的时候,我的手会发抖的。
我们和早餐服务员(安吉拉)的相处体验非常糟糕,我们根本不知道早餐是7:30开始的,门开了,我们开始上菜,安吉拉就开始对我们大喊大叫。这是我们假期里最糟糕的经历。
我预订了这个位置的泳池,结果泳池干得一塌糊涂。泳池坏了。糟透了!!!我平时在酒店打印东西,结果这家酒店的打印机坏了。我还跟客房服务要了毛巾。她来拿毛巾,敲了敲门,然后拿着钥匙就进来了!!!
我们的航班延误了很久,夜班服务员帮我们办理了入住,服务很棒。房间漂亮舒适。浴室的地板和马桶需要更多注意。
很喜欢这个房间,早餐有肉桂卷和香肠,浴室的水需要一段时间才能变热,浴缸需要重新粉刷,以后肯定还会再住这里
