The room was fine but check-in was an hour long ordeal. Not what I wanted after driving for several hours. All over a $20 deposit (computer problems) after I’d paid ~$1,600 for the rooms. Cash was unacceptable.
Next time I would suggest you give us the room and we try the deposit again when the system is working in the morning.

The room was very nice but the air conditioning was eztremely noisy and backed up to the bed which made it freezing when it was on. The restaurant and bar area times needed to be extended. The staff was great and so was the location.

The biggest issue we had as a family was the place was short staffed. The few people working were running and nonstop so the front desk didn't answer the phone, there were only two clean towels left for a double room with 3 people. Our son just started LSU so we are looking for a place to stay often but honestly don't think it will be Indigo. Also didn't appreciate paying for coffee in the morning. My aunt, Diane Pratt also had a room and she travels and stays at Hilton's all of the time and was disappointed that her room was not cleaned, couldn't get clean towels and shortage of staff.

Nice hotel. VERY clean room, good location with on-prem dining and bar. Each staff member I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. A few things that stood out to me:
1. The room size was a bit smaller than I needed/expected. I had to work while there which required shifting furniture to make a desk but it worked out.
2. The bed was comfy but the pillows were a bit stiff and the sheets too wrinkled and large for the bed (I prefer crisp, tight sheets).
3. The bar and restaurant close early; it would be nice if they stayed open until after 10p on weekends. Overall decent, reasonable, clean hotel.

早餐很不错，但我们觉得如果能有更多的无麸质选择就更好了，比如无麸质燕麦片和杏仁奶（这是我们早餐最喜欢的选择），再多一些新鲜水果（香蕉、苹果……）就更完美了。
尽管如此，我们还是强烈推荐 Indigo 酒店，无论是长住还是短住都非常棒。

有几件事让我感到意外——我有一种药需要保持在华氏35到45度之间。冰箱里没有温度指示，也没有冷冻室可以放我的旅行药箱。幸运的是，我们住的时间不长，而且我的药箱可以保冷30个小时。周六晚上周围的环境让我们有点担心，感觉像是住在波旁街上。酒店总体来说干净、安静、舒适，员工也很友善。我丈夫喜欢自己停车，但他把车停在了附近的停车场，也没遇到任何问题！
房间干净，员工友善，地理位置优越，位于市中心，步行即可到达。河景房视野不错。周末街边停车免费，而且我在一个街区外就找到了停车位。祝您入住愉快，希望很快能再次入住。谢谢！
