The room was very nice but the air conditioning was eztremely noisy and backed up to the bed which made it freezing when it was on. The restaurant and bar area times needed to be extended. The staff was great and so was the location.

The biggest issue we had as a family was the place was short staffed. The few people working were running and nonstop so the front desk didn't answer the phone, there were only two clean towels left for a double room with 3 people. Our son just started LSU so we are looking for a place to stay often but honestly don't think it will be Indigo. Also didn't appreciate paying for coffee in the morning. My aunt, Diane Pratt also had a room and she travels and stays at Hilton's all of the time and was disappointed that her room was not cleaned, couldn't get clean towels and shortage of staff.

Nice hotel. VERY clean room, good location with on-prem dining and bar. Each staff member I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. A few things that stood out to me:
1. The room size was a bit smaller than I needed/expected. I had to work while there which required shifting furniture to make a desk but it worked out.
2. The bed was comfy but the pillows were a bit stiff and the sheets too wrinkled and large for the bed (I prefer crisp, tight sheets).
3. The bar and restaurant close early; it would be nice if they stayed open until after 10p on weekends. Overall decent, reasonable, clean hotel.

First time in Baton Rouge flew down from New York to watch the LSU Florida game. Had a good time.

Good hotel, comfortable bed, clean updated rooms, clean bathrooms, nice view. Staff is very accommodating and valet is punctual. The downtown area isn’t the best but it isn’t horrible either. No to many food options, not very clean.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is very nice, not a buffet. If you want breakfast on the property, it pays to get room breakfast included. Several excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance. The outside nightlife atmosphere can be noisy at times but it’s not always

这里有免费接驳巴士可以方便出行，你也可以选择乘坐当地的公交车，如果想去路易斯安那购物中心（Louisiana Mall）购物，这是一个经济实惠的选择。一日通票只要4美元。
酒店员工非常友善，会给你热情的欢迎。
早餐很不错，但我们觉得如果能有更多的无麸质选择就更好了，比如无麸质燕麦片和杏仁奶（这是我们早餐最喜欢的选择），再多一些新鲜水果（香蕉、苹果……）就更完美了。
尽管如此，我们还是强烈推荐 Indigo 酒店，无论是长住还是短住都非常棒。
