Front desk lady was not very helpful...gave us a key to a room that was occupied. What a surprise we all got. Went back down to get corrected. She gave us the completely wrong room...the lady at desk was not nice and had an attitude because she had to correct her mistake.
We did have dinner at the restaurant...was veey good and service impeccable.
The rest of our day went great...after checking in.

Not during game day
Do not come here during a game weekend and expect to check in on time. The ********** app said 3pm check in. The hotel told me 4 . We got checked in at 6. The excuse was it’s game day.
The pool was green.

There are checkin/checkout time discrepancies. Per the cite check in/out is 3pm and noon. I got there at 3 they said checkin was at 4 my room was not ready until 5. They said as a courtesy they would extend check out til 12. I was given a $10 credit at the restaurant.

We've stayed here several times and we do love the property. I would definitely recommend staying here. Its a chic hotel with overall excellent service. I was disappointed in two things, housekeeping not making sure that the room had all the amenities such as coffee stirrers, new tube of lotion, furniture awkwardly moved. The tv remote is HORRIBLE! It would be great if the invested in better remotes.

We always stay at the Renaissance. Convenient to surrounding areas, easy to get in, out, and avoid traffic. Plentiful parking. Great service. Welcoming staff.
