我们不得不在原定的入住时间后等了2个小时……房间不干净,沙发床从头到脚都沾满了看起来像尿渍的东西,我儿子根本没睡在上面,浴室的地板都在下陷,我非常害怕洗澡或上厕所,踩到浴室瓷砖上就会陷下去,一点也不安全,而且在这家酒店住了两天,花了550美元,真是太失望了。更别说开了3个小时的车,却被告知房间还没准备好,还要等2个小时。
地理位置优越,住宿体验极佳。
这是一次完美的住宿体验,地理位置优越。工作人员友好且乐于助人。我绝对推荐您入住这里。私密的入口给人一种温馨舒适的感觉。
布局非常实用,但设施老旧且缺乏更新。夜间接待热情周到,但早晨前台却毫无帮助,态度粗鲁。我推荐其他酒店。
总的来说,这次住宿体验不错,但我对入住行动不便的家庭成员时如此不周到感到失望。我知道他们没有提供带轮椅通道的两居室公寓,但我提前一个月打电话预订了,入住时他们给我们安排了一套靠近房屋后方、位于建筑物后方的公寓,需要爬两层楼梯。理想情况下,他们应该把我们安排到离俱乐部会所或残疾人停车位更近的公寓。我还会再来,但前提是家庭情况不同。

这是我住酒店期间睡过的最舒服的床之一。
然而,我到达时,厨房地板中间有一只死老鼠,我不得不三次换新钥匙,因为我的钥匙总是短路或什么原因把我锁在房间外面……浴室外面传来尖锐的哨声,还有砰砰的声音。不知道是不是洗衣房的声音,但在我住的两个晚上,这种声音一直存在。周六早上的早餐要到7点才开始。对于周末的酒店早餐来说,这太晚了。有些人喜欢早起上路,而当我起床时,却没有任何线索可以让我开始。
