Was surprised there was not a refrigerator in our room. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

The shower had lots of scuff marks all over. The room was very dated. The ac froze up the second night there, there was an outlet and cover that were broken but limited on plug ins. The WiFi was very glitchy and the cell service was terrible. Not much room for sitting to eat. 2 floors of ice makers were broken.

Bed mushy. Air conditioning system musty. Old-style curtain shower needed work.

Had two rooms that were supposed to be the same. One had a refrigerator and the other one didn’t. Both rooms were dirty and one room had thermostat didn’t work which made the room too hot. The staff wasn’t any help.

酒店回复: There are only a few rooms with refrigerators, and we do not have them listed as an in-room amenity. The maintenance team had checked the thermostat in the room and found that it was set at 76 degrees. The temperature is under guest control.

The room was dirty. Used towels in bathroom and bug crawling on bed. Front desk sent someone up who removed used towel and cloth and looked at sheet on one bed for more bugs. That was it. I won’t stay here again and my money should be refunded.

Adequate, but not exceptional
The hotel was pleasant, but not exceptional. The bathroom was small, with limited place to toiletries -- we had to remove the towels from the rack to use for storing some of our essentials.
The black-out shade was excellent!

Hotel is old and needs updating, no fridge in the room. Had to have maintenance come and fix thermostat. Property appeared to be dirty. Would not eat complementary food. Cost too much for what was received. Would not stay there again.

这不是我住过的最差的酒店，但肯定不会再住了。酒店太脏了。房间里有干净的床单，但床垫后面还有半个******的止咳糖和层层灰尘，显然没人打扫。泳池里漂浮着碎屑和头发，我三次看到有人在游泳。地板很脏，电梯和大楼的入口也从来没打扫干净过。酒店也存在不同程度的失修。瓷砖破裂，墙壁破损，淋浴间污渍斑斑，入口处的门槛螺丝缺失，容易绊倒。有些工作人员似乎并不在意，也没有表现出专业的态度。唯一值得一提的是水质非常柔软。仅此而已。
