Easy to get to, safe, attentive staff. Loved the 24 hour coffee/tea area with great bedtime tea options.

Hotel beds was very comfortable and relaxing. Only one recommendation for breakfast is to serve. Also eggs without cheese on them for those that don’t like cheese. Atmosphere was great hotel room was wonderful.

Hotel needed some attention as it was showing its age. Moldy wallpaper in the bathroom, hair on the floor and in the tub, staff will not clean your room every day and provide towels. You have to ask at the front desk. Unacceptable for a hotel that costs $150 per night.

Was surprised there was not a refrigerator in our room. The room itself was clean and comfortable.
整体很旧很破，墙壁也有脱落，地面咖啡渍都没拖干净，房间床单未更换
真恶心。
这不是我住过的最差的酒店，但肯定不会再住了。酒店太脏了。房间里有干净的床单，但床垫后面还有半个******的止咳糖和层层灰尘，显然没人打扫。泳池里漂浮着碎屑和头发，我三次看到有人在游泳。地板很脏，电梯和大楼的入口也从来没打扫干净过。酒店也存在不同程度的失修。瓷砖破裂，墙壁破损，淋浴间污渍斑斑，入口处的门槛螺丝缺失，容易绊倒。有些工作人员似乎并不在意，也没有表现出专业的态度。唯一值得一提的是水质非常柔软。仅此而已。
