Great stay in a clean hotel. Staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and the gym were satisfactory. Great location next to the airport and interstate.

WE arrived very late and were warmly greeted by Kevin and offered bottled water. The room was comfortable with shampoo etc in the room.The beds were comfortable with tons of pillows. Mini fridge came in handy. Clean room.The breakfast buffet was very good. The parking is free but fills up quickly. Straight down the road is lovely Old Town Alexandria. My wish would be for comfort height toilets as my old knees creaked when getting up from low down. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A most enjoyable stay, would stay here again

To be honest, I’m not sure what all the negativity is about in some of the reviews I read online about this hotel…..I must say I was skeptical at first and definitely went in with low expectations, but my stay was just fine and I would return! Pros: - My room was ready before midday, so I was able to check in early - Friendly and helpful enough staff, even if service didn’t always come with a smile - Large, clean (enough) room - All the lights and power outlets worked - Decent sized fridge - Small but well equipped gym - Excellent water pressure in the shower - Air-con was strong, if not noisy - Comfortable beds - Towels appeared to be new - Plenty of free parking - Excellent business center Cons: - Hot water never heated up — it was tepid at best in the sink and shower - Giant cockroach in my room - Noisy bed (squeaky springs) - No recycling - The fridge didn’t have a temperature control and it froze all my food, including ruining my fruit and vegetables :( - No HH status recognition - Cleanliness in my room could be improved (for example, see photo of hairs (not mine) in the bathroom when I checked in) - The price paid was astronomical ($220/night) for the area

My sister and I had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. A special thanks to Terrie for being incredibly hospitable, she went out of her way to make sure everything was just right. Great customer service like this really makes a difference. I’ll definitely be back!

221 -AC was very loudly when turning on and off on auto. Refrigerator and microwave had no power when entering the room. They had to go get an extra cord to plug if in. Had to wait for the refrigerator to cool for my items

State 2024

Our stay was great, the only issue was our first room. When we walked in, it looked like someone had laid down in the bed, comforter folded down, pillows messed up. We took a picture and show the front desk lady and asked if that was normal. She immediately apologized and gave us a different room. She was so nice about it. We were not upset, laughed about it. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

The front desk agent assigned us a room that was occupied and we walked in on someone already in the room. Then there was little to no remorse or apology by the front desk person about the gaffe.
