I had everything thing I needed such as the iron and ironing board. The room was spacious and I loved the mirror in the bathroom, I was able to do my make really well. to be able to get ready for an event I attended.

The property was fine, not terrible but not great. Our room was super humid and sticky and our smoke detector went off twice (once in the middle of the night. The staff was super friendly and replaced the smoke detector quickly in the middle of the night.

Stayed there for funeral. Needed a late check out. Staff member would not allow it because I wasnt a member of some rewards club. Very inconsiderate in a difficult time for my family.

我住了三个晚上。早餐是在酒店附属的Perkins Pancake House吃的，通常来说还不错。不过酒店的餐券里有两个鸡蛋、一份香肠清单、火腿和一种土豆。我吃饭很讲究，这可不是阿肯色州人吃东西的方式，所以第二列和第三列没什么特别的，煎蛋也只比水浓一点。剩下的早餐我都没再去吃。
我们订了两张大床，酒店给了两套毛巾。第一晚过后晚上11点，我意识到可能没人打扫房间了，就找了一位客房服务人员要毛巾，她说会通知相关人员。但到了下午1点还没人来，所以我离开的时候又去了前台要了毛巾（还有卫生纸）。我记得前台是Porsha（不是Porsche），她看起来好像不太在意。她当场给了我一卷卫生纸，但我不打算回房间，所以我再次建议把卫生纸和毛巾送上来。一整天都没人进我的房间。
第二天晚上我离开房间时，碰巧门口有一位客房服务员，我再次询问她是否至少能给我毛巾。她说我应该每天都拿到毛巾，不知道前一天发生了什么，但不幸的是，她没有毛巾给我，只能捎个口信。上午11点左右，我穿过大堂，再次去前台询问。又是波莎，我感觉她还是没把我当回事。另一个女人听到了（她似乎是值班经理），非常抱歉，并发誓会给我毛巾。下午4点之前什么也没发生。***。两天内的第四次请求。我出去吃饭时，又问了一次，她又说会处理。我担心之前的承诺没有兑现，心里很不舒服。前台的另一位女士相当不耐烦地说她会处理。显然她确实处理了！可惜的是，三天都没人清理垃圾，旧毛巾也没人清理，提供的三分之一卷卫生纸也没人补充。就连纸巾也用完了，大概用了五卷。
同样的泳池毛巾和垃圾在泳池边放了整整两天。室外泳池门口还有一条毛巾被揉成一团，两天都没动过。
