The room was clean and kept a good temperature thoughout the night. Not having to fight the AC unit is always a plus at hotels. The tub/shower didn't drain quickly, often having feet completely under water by 5 mins of being on and the curtains did a poor job keeping water off the floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed extra pillows for my pregnant wife. The breakfast was warm and plentiful. Overall a nice stay in an otherwise unique destination with minimal accomadations.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, very clean and our check in was a wonderful experience. Geoff made my experience there wonderful. His positive attitude and knowledge of his surrounding was excellent.

Use Hampton Inn instead
At check in the young lady had no customer service. Did not ask how we were, can I help you or much besides, checking in? After checking my id and credit card she handed me keys and said parkingisoutfrontelevatortoleftbeeakfastat6 as it was one word and disappeared to the back before I could even ask her a question. Toilet was broken and we were told they would submit a maintenance request but they never showed up. Lock on door was not working. Description of room says 2 queen beds but they are barely a full. Breakfast was good. Safe area but would recommend the Hampton inn next door as they always have gone above and beyond. Only stayed here as Hampton was full and now we can see why they still had rooms and most hotels were full because college move in weekend.

Great location right off the I-40. Very nice rooms with comfortable beds. We booked 5 nights and on the first night there was a problem with the room. The manager was very attentive and was eager to make it right by moving us to another room that met our expectations and on top of that she discounted the invoice on the first night stay. We appreciated her willingness to make it fair without us even asking. We were pleased with hotel and the excellent customer service we received.

No complaints with our stay. Bed was comfortable, room was cool and price was right.
