Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. But you could tell the property was old or that it used to be something else before it was a Hilton. Also, the AC worked very well, but it was loud. Other than that, the property was great.

Zero complaints
A great hotel only 15-20 minutes from downtown Louisville with plenty to do nearby. The only “negative” thing I can even say about our experience was there were only two full size towels in the bathroom, which is common. I wish every stay in a hotel went as smoothly as this one did. Fantastic experience!

3天搞一次卫生，不放矿泉水
最佳选择。
入住一晚，过程还算顺利……但一进房间就发现空调机下面有喉糖包装纸……床边还有用过的卫生纸团扔在地上……进了浴室，马桶水箱盖子竟然碎成了两半，更“惊喜”的是，马桶里竟然有排泄物！我妻子打电话给前台投诉，结果接线员爱搭不理。后来去大堂喝咖啡，发现咖啡是冷的……早上6点多提前退房，大堂竟然连咖啡都没有……真是“维护得真好”的设施啊，哈！看来下次我得绕开这个“小宝藏”了，毕竟我这次糟糕的住宿也没得到任何赔偿。

我们住得很愉快。如果您在入住时购买了免费早餐券，请务必携带，因为您需要凭券才能享用早餐。早餐还算可以，种类也挺多，但有些食物煮过头了，比如香肠有点硬。前台的安娜非常热情，还给我们推荐了几家不错的餐厅。如果房间里能多准备些水就更好了。
