The hotel is very nice and clean, but dated. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a mostly clean room. There was a big stain on the carpet. Lobby made it feel really nice but room not as nice. Not a bad place to stay just let my expectations down a lil.

The TV’s throughout the entire hotel was not working. The employees were very nice/professional, but were very frustrated that the TV’s had not worked for about 2 weeks. We use the TV’s as sleep noise, so for the 2 nights we were there, we couldn’t sleep very well.

The heat and pool has been broken since May and this property is made no effort to correct the issue.

酒店回复: Thank you for sharing your experience with us. The heater actually isn't broken and has been functioning just fine all year. It's set to the highest temperature setting recommended by the manufacturer which is 87 degrees. With it constantly running 24/7-365, any higher and we risk burning the heater out. Poor service. Won't stay there again.
Arrived with a pre paid reservation, was told that my room was no longer available, and they had nothing for me. When I threatened them with you took my money already, find me another room here, or with another hotel, then they found me one there. It was a lesser room than what I prepaid for, but they made no price adjustments, and offered me nothing in conpensation. Told me then, at that time, that the reason they didn't have a room for me was due to water flooding on the first floor. The next day, I asked for an equal room to what I paid for, and was told what I got is what they had left.
Then, after I got back from working at my Ensono office that day, my card key no longer worked. They had turned it off... told me they had to reset their card key system, for some unknown reason. What realky upsets me is they acknowledged me when I entered the lobby, but said nothing about the room key not working until after I had gone up, failed to enter my room, and then had to come back to the front desk.
Probably the worst stay I have ever had at a Hilton hotel. Won't stay there again.
