Arrived with a pre paid reservation, was told that my room was no longer available, and they had nothing for me. When I threatened them with you took my money already, find me another room here, or with another hotel, then they found me one there. It was a lesser room than what I prepaid for, but they made no price adjustments, and offered me nothing in conpensation. Told me then, at that time, that the reason they didn't have a room for me was due to water flooding on the first floor. The next day, I asked for an equal room to what I paid for, and was told what I got is what they had left.
Then, after I got back from working at my Ensono office that day, my card key no longer worked. They had turned it off... told me they had to reset their card key system, for some unknown reason. What realky upsets me is they acknowledged me when I entered the lobby, but said nothing about the room key not working until after I had gone up, failed to enter my room, and then had to come back to the front desk.
Probably the worst stay I have ever had at a Hilton hotel. Won't stay there again.

The AC unit was cooling the air but not dehumidifying it so the room felt clammy. The coffee machine did not work. the toilet broke on our last day. And the satellite TV had these static lines running through the image the whole time we were there. Also I have stayed at many different hotel chains but Hilton is the only one that charges me for morning breakfast.

Our room had the old carpet/furniture musty smell. The chair was sticky to touch. Definitely needs updating, spraying more disinfectant on top of disinfectant does not make better.

Beautiful place, had trouble with TV, staff fixed it, but wouldn't work later in the evening.

I only needed a place to sleep after a flight before driving back to Seattle! This fit the bill and was affordable and nice!!

Sheets felt wet from the AC all night that it was hard to sleep. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. The chair in our room was ripped up. Very disappointed in the room. Constant noise buzzing and beeping all night in the entire hotel. Don’t sleep at all.

We booked here specifically for the indoor pool. It was ENTIRELY too cold. We could tolerate it for probably 5 minutes before our lips were turning blue and we just went back to our room.

It was ok. The chair was torn & looked to have blood stains on it. I wouldn’t sit on it. The furniture was chipped & looked to have water damage. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. I expected allot more from a Hikton
