I had the reservation down for next weekend, but it ended up being for this weekend. I tried to contact ******* and they were no help about the situation. I am very, very disappointed in how y’all handled this.

Shower didn't work, garbage disposal didn't work, frig was majorly dented and pillows were missing on beds. Told the front desk, guy didn't seem to want to discount our stay or even care much.

Staybridge Suites is Awesome! ******* is horrible! I was charged by BOTH ******* AND the property. Don’t use *******! Reserve and pay directly at Staybridge Suites.

Location was great, walked to Razorback baseball game. Overall comfortable stay for family. Latches were broken to bedroom door, brought to staff attention and not fixed during stay. The room was cleaned while we were there 3 nights. Loved the kitchen area and had kitchen basics available. Horrible room coffee, but breakfast buffet coffee was much better.

Great place. Close to campus and game day shuttles. Good breakfast.
Only downside was the beds are full size. Not very big for grown adults to share.

Okay this location is superb for anything at the University of Arkansas. But it seems that they are living off that. Swimming pool was dirty, the gym appears to not being cleaned in a long time. We went a couple of times and noticed everything was just as we left it. Doesn’t appear the mats are cleaned ever!! Pool was dirty. The bathtub had the enamel chipped and rusted, and the handle to the toilet was broken. Poor property management but were charged NYC prices!!! I’ve stayed here multiple times, but will be looking for a new place next trip

No place to charge phones
There was absolutely no place to charge our phones! This caused a huge problem for us. There was no paper or pens available.
