I stopped by the hotel to see if I could check in early on Friday because my daughter’s wedding was that evening. I told the front desk that I couldn’t check in until after midnight. Paid the incidental fee and was assured that my reservation was fine. They gave my room away. Leaving us stranded

All in all it was a nice stay, however coming in a gentleman who works as an inspector pointed out the elevator in the parking garage had mold growing in it. I was additionally not given a ticket for the parking garage, so I had to pay an extra $25 to get out. Tried calling the front desk with no answer.
