The staff was outstanding. The hot breakfast was fine, but not much of a variation from day to day. Bottled water and hot chocolate would have been good if available. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not do much. No plug in the sink. But otherwise, a very nice place.

Had to switch rooms. First room had no deadbolt. Seems easy enough to fix so that they wouldn’t let this happen. Second room had no TV. They said we had to wait till the next day. So we had an entire night with no TV. Asked to speak to manager but she was not there and never called us back. Will never stay there again.

Clean room. Great breakfast buffet options. They even had a pancake making station. We would definitely stay here again.

Checkin was fine. The room was mostly clean except for a few strands of hair in the sink and bathtub. Breakfast was adequate and well stocked.

I marked unsafe because as we were sleeping at night someone entered our room because it was marked empty.

There were a lot of areas with signs up saying closed or out of order. The common areas did not appear to be very clean. Out room was good and the breakfast was very good.
